Oats soaked in soy milk overnight then cooked with 1 tsp avocado oil. 1 whole Mash banana on the side.
So far so good. He looks ok.
Towards the end of the meal, crying to be let off. Must hold my hands.
I would say he took roughly 3oz of it?
I waited about 2 hrs to see if he's ok.
Now taking a nap and I left for work.

She say looks ok. Now letting it proof first round.
After 1 hr (9pm) it proof a little but still sticky.
I whirled it abit more in the kitchen aid with the dough hook about 10 sec then transfer it to this bread pan.
Too kan cheong, I forgot to oil the pan!
Then I damp my tea cloth abit more and cover to proof even further.
Wah Wah Wah. Hor seh liow. This is in mommamich exact words!
After 1 hour at 10pm it has almost double up nicely.
Waiting another 10-15mins to see if it proofs up abit more before putting in the oven!
At 10.15pm look like got rise abit more.
Ok I put in oven now. Try try and see.

190C first to see how it goes!
190C 10 mins. Then I scared burnt so I 180C another 10 mins.
When it came out I knock knock sounds hard.
But when I remove it from the pan, it felt soft! 😍😍😍😍
Hopefully got potential.
Then Isaac can eat all the bread he wants!
It's soft and not hard like baguette!!
